Welcome to Living Memory.

By downloading or using the Living Memory app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Living Memory is a home maintenance reminder utility. It allows users to track optional maintenance tasks and receive reminders based on their preferences.

The App does not provide professional, financial, or home inspection advice.

2. Use of the App

You may use Living Memory for personal, lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

Misuse the App
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with its functionality
Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Living Memory offers optional premium features through:

Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual)
Lifetime access unlocked via a non-consumable purchase or promotional code

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

4. Promotional and Lifetime Access Codes

Some users may receive promotional or lifetime access codes provided by third parties (such as real estate professionals).

Redeeming a code unlocks premium features for the associated Apple ID and does not transfer between accounts.

5. Notifications

Notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time in your device settings.

Living Memory is not responsible for missed notifications due to device settings, system restrictions, or user preferences.

6. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Living Memory does not guarantee:

That reminders will prevent damage or reduce costs
That all maintenance tasks are included or applicable
That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Memory shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

You are responsible for deciding which maintenance tasks to perform and when.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
