Living Memory does not:

• Use advertising trackers

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Living Memory does not receive your payment details.
Subscription and entitlement status may be processed through a third-party service (RevenueCat) solely to determine premium access.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Living Memory uses local notifications to remind you of tasks.
Notification permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

Living Memory does not share your data with third parties.
No maintenance data is transmitted off your device unless required by Apple for purchase validation.

Your data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset its data.

Living Memory is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
